Welcome to the third year of the NRH2O Elementary Choir Festival! With 30 years of experience as a choral educator and as the recently retired Director of Fine Arts (Birdville ISD) I learned there are very few competition options available for our elementary music teachers and their choirs. Our elementary choir festival has been designed with YOU in mind. It promises to be educational, inexpensive and most importantly... FUN!
